What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
For all UK customers we accept Paypal, Cheque & Postal order.
Please allow up to five working days for cheque to clear.
We will e-mail you to inform you of your cheques progress & to
inform you of your items despatch status.
For International customers we accept Paypal & personal cheques
In USA / Australian Dollars & Euros.
Please allow up to Two weeks for cheques to clear.
We will keep you informed of cheques progress & items despatch notice.
Please make all cheques & postal orders payable to Innanutshell.
When Will My Items Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order following 1 -2 days of your payment clearing.
But please allow up to seven days. We are renown for our fast shipment
& post everyday except Sundays & bank holidays.
We try hard to get your items to you within four days. ( UK customers only )
This excludes any postal strikes that may be in force.
Once the items have left our hands it is down to Royal Mail.
If for some reason your item is delayed we will contact you to discuss available options.
We always obtain a proof of posting certificate at dispatch of all items.
Do you Deliver Local Free Of Your Current Postage Charge?
We have now implemented our Live Local page.
This entitles you to FREE Local delivery within 25 miles of our location.
This excludes our £3.99 standard postage charge.
All we ask is that you spend a minimum of £10.00 excluding VAT @ 17.5%

Which Delivery Service do You Use?
For UK customers we usually use Royal Mail standard parcel.
Delivery by this method usually takes three days.
For orders over 2kg in weight we will use another courier service
to which takes approx 4 days. We have a longer time frame on some of our
heavier items to keep the postage as cheap as we can for our customers.
For International customers we use Royal Mail Airmail to which
usually reaches it's destination within five to seven working days.
We would like to remind everybody to please check the contents of their parcel
before you sign for anything, this helps the claim process if damage has occurred
during transit.
