Let us introduce ourselves.....
I am Justin Robinson & my partner is Lisa Beaumont.
We are a small but friendly familly run business
we started a partnership for  business in January 2007,
Since then, it has been growing to the established
site that we proudly run today.
We first started our business running stalls at, 
craft fairs.The idea of moving around & meeting
different people, whilst taking their views onboard has been great.
But ever since the website launch, 
myself & Lisa seem to be spending more time
on the web with it becoming for ever more popular.
But this is much enjoyed as 
we strive in keeping our customers happy.
Myself & Lisa both really enjoy what we do & always
give 100% to both our products & to our customers.
I must admit to my particular passion to our bathroom
range, as these leave your room smelling scrumptious.
Try them & see for yourself.
Our aim has always been to keep our prices down,
But to keep the quality high. As you can see from our prices
we would certainly take some beating!
The website has been built for simple navigation.

as well as our more natural products,
so this is why we keep our giftware on track with your requests.

2) Fast Shipment:

Here we will aim to despatch your item ASAP,
We always aim to deliver within 4 working days.
(But please allow up to 7 woring days.)
These exc. all bank holidays & any postal strikes.
Once it has left our hands,
it is down to Royal Mail.
If for some reason your item is delayed we will
contact you to discuss all options.


3) Would Do Business Again:

This is the biggie, as it involves both of the above & more.
This is our customer service heading
& we believe that if we get this right,
then you will be back for more.
From here we will also look to deal with any complaints,
or questions that you our customer,
