have been designed for use within the UK mainland to comply with UK law.
If you are using this website from outside of the UK,
we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website

Prices and taxes

All prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publication,
are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT at the current rate.
VAT will be added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. 

For orders despatched outside of the UK,
customs and/or import duties levied by the destination country will be your responsibility
as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
We are happy for our overseas customers to arrange their own shipping.

Stock availability

We aim to hold stocks of all products for sale through our website.
However, a product may occasionally be out of stock even though your order has been confirmed.
In such circumstances we will contact you to inform you that the product is out of stock and to advise you of your options. 
We will despatch your order, excluding the product that is out of stock, in accordance with our normal delivery policy
and we will despatch the out of stock product as soon as it arrives in stock.
We will not charge you for the second delivery . You have the right to cancel your order for any item that is out of stock (see below).

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch.
If you do cancel your order before despatch any payments made by you will be refunded to you within 30 days.

Returns policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your goods or you have changed your mind,
you may return the goods within 10 days from receipt. They must be returned at your expense.
All items returned must be unused & in the condition that they left us 
so they are available for re-sale. If the goods have been used or are partly damaged,
then a refund will not be given.We also have the right to to make a charge to cover
any other expences reasonably incurred in restocking
or recovering the goods in question.
You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
All refunds given are paid through Paypal.

Delivery

When Will My Items be Dispatched?
We always aim to despatch your order within 1 - 2 days of payment being received.
So we aim for our products to be with you within four days.
But please allow up to seven days for UK mainland delivery.

Wholesalers
If you are one of our wholesale customers please bear in mind that your delivery
will not be under this time frame due to your items being handmade to order.
So please allow us more time. We will keep you informed of it's start to finish process
up until it's despatch.
Our minimum order for wholesalers is £75.00

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct.
However while the colours and patterns of the products are a close representation,
we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused
by your browser software or computer system.
All of our products are hand-made by crafts people and so each item is unique.
As a result there may be slight variations in colour, 
due to slightly different ingredient amounts in our soapy range. 


Orders outside of mainland UK

We will try to fulfil orders from outside of mainland UK wherever possible,
but we reserve the right to not accept orders from outside of mainland UK.
Delivery and postage costs for orders from outside of mainland UK
will usually exceed those notified to you in your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to charge you for these additional postage and delivery costs
We will notify you of postage charges that will be applied befor despatch & will notify
you with a Paypal request for payment.
